My most controversial opinion: there’s actually nothing better than a man with a moustache. It’s why I love this time of year, when so many men grow their facial hair for “Movember”.

But facial hair is a complicated business, and a vibe shift in this department is not always guaranteed to go down well. Who could forget the shock that reverberated through the Chalamet fandom when Timothée first stepped onto a red carpet sporting a skinny little ’tache? It was for a role, as it transpired, but there was still much consternation until Timmy returned to his usual clean-shaven state.
