Dakota Johnson is a woman of many talents. At the 2026 Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift revealed another one of Johnson’s many gifts: Video vixen.
Before the premiere of the “Patient Zero” music video – which has lyrics like “If you’re sick of him, I got you, I was patient zero” – Johnson walked the VMAs famed red carpet (which is actually turquoise) at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. For the night, she chose a custom Calvin Klein Collection and Messika jewellery. She wore her hair long and loose with a tiny bit of a curl, and finished off the look with a diamond tennis necklace.
“Taylor Swift is a storyteller,” Johnson said while presenting the inaugural Artist Director Honours of the singer. “She captures universal feelings.” When Johnson passed over the award to Swift it was truly a perfect bangs convention.
