The mother-daughter duo made an appearance at the 2026 US Open on Friday 11 September, each offering her own interpretation of low-key spectator style. Kidman kept things characteristically understated in a pale blue striped Charvet shirt tucked loosely into straight-leg blue jeans, with black-capped white sneakers and a cream suede Chanel cylinder bag. Faith Margaret, 15, wore a brown polka-dot maxi dress, a white sweater knotted over her shoulders, sandals, and a Chanel suede flap shoulder bag.

Even without a matchy-matchy mother-daughter fashion moment, their likeness is becoming even more apparent with each outing. Side-by-side, they have the same delicate features.

It’s also the latest stop in a busy few weeks for Kidman, who has been on the press circuit alongside Sandra Bullock. Faith Margaret accompanied her mother on a recent whirlwind trip home to Sydney, where Kidman attended a screening of the long-awaited sequel before the pair were photographed departing Sydney Airport together on 6 September. On the red carpets, Kidman – styled by Jason Bolden – has been embracing all things witchy and whimsical: debuting Pieter Mulier’s Versace, for one.

Faith has so far maintained a lower profile than her older sister, Sunday Rose (who takes more cues from her mum’s ’90s-style era), but she has been stepping into the spotlight alongside her mother more frequently. Last October, both daughters joined Kidman in Paris for Matthieu Blazy’s debut Chanel show, which also marked Kidman’s return to the house as an ambassador. And when Kidman was announced as a global ambassador for Clé de Peau Beauté last year, Faith appeared with her in her debut campaign.

Nicole Kidman has clearly passed down an appreciation for clothes – Sunday, of course, is already pursuing modelling as a certified Miu Miu girl – but don’t expect Kidman’s offspring to do anything but their own thing. Sometimes shared genetics are all the coordination you need.
