Once you experiment with body acids, it’s hard to look back. These clever body washes make light work of the bumpy skin on your upper arms, back and legs, making previously overlooked skin appear ultra-smooth and glistening. The AcidEnzyme Exfoliating Cleanser comes in jumbo size, can be used on the face the body and helps clear congested pores and rough texture. 2% salicylic acid sloughs off dead skin cells held on by stubborn oil bonds while a papaya enzyme complex works on brightening and refining. Plus, it’s 400ml which, in technical terms, means “ginormous”.

The trick is to think of this body moisturiser as more of a custard. Rich and nourishing with the slightly jelly-like texture of a custard, it’s a non-negotiable in my bodycare routine. It doesn’t leave a greasy texture behind, nor do you feel like an oil slick, gingerly putting your clothes on to avoid laminating yourself into your outfit. Rich in vitamin E, it helps with skin suppleness and softness, as well as keeping your skin full of water, even in the moisture-sapping seasons of autumn and winter. A pea-sized amount is all you need, and be sure to layer a good moisturiser on top. For people with dry or sensitive skin, sandwich the retinol serum – again, a pea-sized amount – between two layers of moisturiser. This helps slow down how quickly it enters the skin and further avoids irritation.
